Stamp Duty Incentive
Offer applies to selected plots only, subject to status and availability.
Offer is to pay a sum equivalent to (or part of) the purchaser’s stamp duty on selected L & Q plots.
Where the purchaser already owns a property, L&Q at its discretion will contribute towards an amount of the total tax liability.
Payment towards stamp duty will be made as an allowance and will be deducted from the purchaser’s completion statement.
Purchaser’s intention to take advantage of this offer must be disclosed at the time of reserving the property before any other discount is applied and recorded on the Reservation Form.
Offer does not apply to any shared equity, help to buy or shared ownership properties
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other L & Q offer.
Service Charge Incentive
Service charge cashback incentive of up to 24 months’ worth of estimated service charges for the property being purchased. Please refer to sales pack provided after reservation for details of service charge estimates.
Offer applies to selected private sale units only, subject to status and availability and individual approval.
Intention to take advantage of this offer must be disclosed at the time of reserving the property before any other discount is applied and recorded on the Reservation Form.
Cheques will be made payable to purchasers within 90 days of completion of purchase.
We reserve the right to recover a pro-rata amount of the service charge incentive paid if the property is sold within 24 months of purchase.
All other monthly commitment charges will remain as advised, including payment of service charges from the date of purchase.
Offer does not apply to any Shared equity, Help to Buy, or Shared Ownership properties.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other L&Q offer.
